Saloomeh Tabari
Saloomeh Tabari is a lecturer in the service sector department at Sheffield Business School, Sheffield Hallam University, UK. Her primary research focus is on consumer behaviour and customer experience, in particular, cross-cultural communication in the service industry. Saloomeh has a special interest in issues relating to ‘cultural differences’ and the provision of service to different customer groups to enhance their experiences.
